Frodo is a lil senior that was dropped off at a local, crowded shelter. He so deserves to live the rest of his life loved and cared for! Frodo is very independent. Not a clingy guy at all. he does like to follow his people around the house so that he's not alone in a room, but he will not be all up in your lap!
