Jacob was found living in a pen with years and years of hair built up and totally neglected. He broke our hearts. He is probably about 3 years old and maybe 15 lbs. He will take an experienced person. Even though he is very sweet and loves other dogs, we don't know all he has been through. So we need someone patient to support him throughout his next life.
